They do not cover client projects. Every engagement is governed by its own signed proposal or master services agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to work together. Timelines, budgets and examples on this website are indicative only. A commitment exists only when both parties sign a written proposal or agreement. Please give accurate information so we can scope your request properly.

The quote form accepts requirement documents, images and wireframes up to 100MB per file. Only upload material you have the right to share, and please do not send confidential material through the website. If your project involves sensitive information, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement. We sign one before scoping.

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms or assistant;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• scrape or copy the website's content in bulk.

If you have found a security issue, please report it as described on our Security page.

The chat assistant uses AI to answer general questions about our services. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong and are not a quote, proposal or professional advice. Anything commercial is confirmed only in writing by our team.

The website's text, design, graphics and code belong to WebFarm Technovate or its licensors. Client names, logos and project images appear with permission and remain the property of their owners. You may share links to our pages, but you may not republish our content without written permission.

The website links to client websites and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but provide it “as is” without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
