The brief

Make a single-engineer practice legible and credible online: show the work, explain the process, and rank for the district-level searches that precede a phone call.

What was in the way

• Competing for local intent against directory aggregators that outrank individual contractors by default.
• Trust is the conversion barrier — families need to see finished homes and hear from previous clients before they call.
• Client-rendered pages would have handed search engines an empty shell for exactly the queries that matter.
• The practice needed to publish new projects itself, without commissioning a change each time a home is handed over.

What we did

1. 01

   Server-rendered, not client-rendered

   The full page — services, projects, testimonials, contact details — is delivered in the HTML response. Crawlers and buyers on slow connections see complete content on first byte, with no hydration dependency.

2. 02

   Targeted the queries that convert

   Metadata, headings and copy are built around the terms an enquiry actually starts with: civil engineer in Parangipettai, building contractor Parangipettai, residential construction Cuddalore.

3. 03

   Structured the site around proof

   Dedicated routes for projects, gallery and testimonials, with each completed home resolving to its own detail URL — so the portfolio grows into search coverage rather than sitting behind a lightbox.

4. 04

   Made the four-stage process explicit

   Consultation and design, approvals and planning, construction, handover. Publishing the method answers the question families ask first and shortens the sales conversation.
